Your input is key to shaping training strategies for small businesses.
The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations is enhancing small business involvement in developing workforce and job opportunities for members through the Jobs and Skills Councils. These efforts will align the VET training system with your labour market needs.
We urge you to participate in COSBOA member survey. Your feedback will guide our advocacy with the government and help develop targeted training solutions for small and medium businesses.
Survey goals:
- Understand specific skills needs, workforce capabilities and training experiences.
- Collect data on broader training preferences.
