Tony Burn, of The Resource Corporation, has been elected President of the AMA for a second term. At the Annual General Meeting held last week on the Gold Coast, the newly elected executive committee unanimously requested that Tony serve his second term and continue the positive progress made over the last year.
“Thank you to the committee and members for having me as president for a second term. As we recover from a successful AMAC I’m reminded of what a great bunch of people we have in the industry and what a privilege it is to represent them. We have made significant headway with our programmes and next year promises more to come. Thanks to Rob Walker and our excellent committee for all the work so far… and watch this space!” Burn said.
The majority of the executive committee was returned, with the addition of veteran WA dealer, Eric Wake who was elected for the first time. The committee bid farewell to Yamaha’s Anna Bagnato, who is leaving for the birth of her first child with our very best wishes and thanks.
