Kosmic Sound is a legendary Perth musical instrument retailer, and we’re looking for an equally legendary assistant manager.
This is a full time role at our Osborne Park store, and we’re looking for someone who loves helping people as much as they love music. We’re looking for someone who can give great service, great advice, and help our customers get what they want. In return you’ll get paid well, get to work in a great environment for one of Australia’s most successful music retailers, and get to work with all the best music brands.
Ideally, you’ve previously worked in music retail and are a muso. You’ll be working alongside the Store Manager and will play a key role in driving high standards within our store. We want a leader who thrives seeing others grow to reach their full potential.
What you’ll be doing:
- Co-leading a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Driving KPI’s
- Coaching and training
- Visual merchandising
- Managing store administration and operations
- Responding to all sales opportunities
