As one of the biggest, best and most awesome musical instrument retailers in Victoria we’re on the lookout for an audio/hi tech sales manager to join our team. Our business is growing again and we need the right people to help us deliver the fantastic service we’re famous for.
If you’ve previously worked in music retail or any other retail, and you have management experience, then we’d love to chat.
This is a Full Time Role with a 7 day roster, so yes, you will need to work some weekends and public holidays occasionally.
We’d tell you a bit about us, but if you’ve not already heard of us, there’s a good chance you’re not the kind of person who’d want to work here.
So let’s talk about you instead. You’d be hard working, and love music and helping customers. Yes, it’s a retail role so you’d be selling stuff, but we pride ourselves on being enthusiastic, friendly and attitude-free.
We offer a great working environment with some fantastic team members, and the staff purchase discount is pretty nifty too.
Previous experience in a similar role would be cool. And it’s an audio, keyboards & hi tech sales role, so knowledge of PA gear, lighting and synthy stuff is pretty important, but if you also have other music knowledge, that’s even better.
CVs are nice enough, but what we really want to see is a cover letter (as well as that resume) that tells us something about your experience in audio, keyboards and/or lighting and DJ things. Give us a sense of who you are and what you’re about, and your ability to support our customers and the team around you. Be professional, but remember we’re not a bank, so also be yourself.
