With over 50 employees based in the Adelaide Office and a satellite Sales and Support Team spread across the rest of Australia, we are on the search to find the next Customer Service Team member.
About the Role
Based at our Head Office in Torrensville, we’re looking for a passionate and client-focused Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, with strategic guidance from the Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with teams across Customer Service, Credit Assessment, Credit Collection, Procurement, and Operations to deliver outstanding support.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle inquiries, requests, and issues via phone and email.
- Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve customer concerns with timely, accurate solutions.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Understand our rental programs and products to provide expert guidance.
- Account Assistance: Support customers with password resets, address updates, and payment inquiries.
- Feedback & Improvement: Gather insights to enhance our services and customer experience.
- Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth resolutions and excellent service
