As a growing business we are always looking for motivated, passionate individuals to join our team across a variety of departments and specialities.

Currently we’re looking for someone to join our online sales team on a full time or part time basis to assist with a range of tasks.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic and occasionally some problem solving!

Experience with an instrument is crucial to this role, and basic knowledge of gear is highly appreciated.

Some job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online chat
  • Provide advice and solutions for musicians of all levels
  • Picking and packing orders and preparing them for dispatch
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Quality control – preparing musical instruments for dispatch

What we are looking for

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • A positive, patient, and helpful attitude
  • Good computer and typing skills
  • Ability to manage a large amount of enquiries at once
