We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to work on a full-time basis in our Forestville Store. Working in our Pro-audio team, you must have availability to be rostered on the following times on a rotating basis.
- Monday to Friday 9.25am 5.35pm, Saturdays 9.25am – 4.05pm Sundays 11.50am – 4.10pm
Regular Duties Include:
- Provide extraordinary customer service that is friendly, positive, genuine, and knowledgeable, with a focus on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high levels of communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing all aspects of sales from planning & preparation, handling enquiries, consultation & building rapport, demonstration and product & service pitch, negotiations, closing sale and after sales support.
- Active involvement in day-to-day store procedures
- Working to individual and team goals, targets, and deadlines (financial or otherwise)
- Participate and contribute to crew meetings, product training & professional development as required
Essential Skills and Experience Required:
- Highly developed skills in sales and customer service
- Retail experience
- Must be available 7 days a week with flexibility
- Experience as a musician, with practical knowledge of Pro Audio gear across our range – Audio, Lighting Keyboards, Production/Studio.
