Memberships are based on a financial year, renewed each year in July. A discount of 5% applies for members paying fees (joining in the September quarter or renewing) by 31st August.
New members joining later in the membership (financial) year will pay a pro rata fee (set at 1st October, 1st January, 1st April).
“Employees” refers to Full Time Equivalent, not head count.
Companies with both a retail and wholesale operation may be able to have one membership covering both. The primary (>50%) part of the business is generally used to determine the membership tier. Contact us if you have questions about this.
