Based in Clayton, we are looking for a full time Customer Support Representative to help develop our growing in house service department!

We’re searching for a candidate who:

– Will bring a great work ethic and complete all tasks with a sense of urgency and quality.
– Helps drive continuous improvement in processes and working applications.
– Is committed to paying attention to the details.
– Showcases a strong passion for creating amazing customer & colleague experiences.
– Will work autonomously and manage workload under pressure.

Experience in instrument set-ups and maintenance is advantageous.

Support Department Responsibilities:

The Support Department Representative will be responsible for corresponding with customers regarding after sales support and enquiries, finding solutions to problems as well as processing all shop and customer warranty claims.

Support and training can be provided to the successful applicant to ensure proficiency aligns to Sky Music quality standards.

Some examples of the day to day role include (But are not limited to):

• Converse with customers to identify and troubleshoot requirements regarding instrument setups, instrument use and technical guidance as well as sales advice.
• Communicating effectively with suppliers and external repairers on a regular basis for warranty or repair enquiries.
• Co-ordinating external carriers and shipping companies to organise local and interstate deliveries.
• Administrative duties such as managing warranty and repair workflows, repair tickets, repair/service quotes, ordering parts & maintaining accurate inventory.
