Statement from MUSICPOS & APIC

15th February, 2024

It is with mixed emotion that I reach out to you as I introduce myself Derya Yucel following the passing of my beloved uncle Christopher (Chris) Erkus, the director of MUSIPOS & APIC.

While my transition into this role comes under solemn circumstances, I am deeply committed to honouring my uncle’s legacy and leading MUSIPOS & APIC. With heavy heart, yet with determination I step into this position fully aware of the responsibility it carries and the trust that has been placed in me.

As I navigate the road ahead, I am committed to fostering an environment of transparency, open communication, and shared vision.

I recognise that there will be challenges to overcome and to overcome.

We understand the importance of our website as a vital communication and service platform for our clients. We are taking all necessary measures to minimize the impact of this downtime and ensure that our website is back up and running smoothly. We want to assure you that we have been working with technicans and our internet provider to resolve this issue.

However, I am confident that, with our collective expertise, passion, and determination, we will emerge stronger and more resilient than ever before.

I am eager to connect with each of you individually in the coming weeks to learn more about your views, insights, and aspirations for our company. Your input will be invaluable as we chart our course forward and work towards our common goals.

I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for your continued commitment to MUSIPOS and APIC. Together, we will honour my uncle’s memory by building a future that reflects his vision and represents the values of the MUSIPOS & APIC.

Thank you for your ongoing support, and I look forward to embarking on this journey together.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions, ideas, or concerns.
