The National Retail Association has the country’s largest team of in-house Workplace Relations experts orientated to the retail and quick service industries.
Our Workplace Relations Advisory Service offers unlimited short telephone or email advice for non-complex queries* across a range of employment and workplace relations issues including, but not limited, to:

  • Award terms and conditions of employment
  • Performance management
  • Trading hours
  • Termination of employment
  • Discrimination laws
  • Workplace health and safety

Access to this service is available during business hours Monday – Friday and service is not affected by state public holidays.
